Cancellation Policy & Fees

We understand that everyone has things that come up – work, kids, or emergencies. Many people do not understand, though, that when we make appointments with you, it is not one-way – our staff is waiting to meet with you as much as you are with them. We have a waiting list for other clients/ patients that want the same times or appointments as you, and we cannot accommodate them due to our prior commitment to you. We are less likely to be able to fill the time slot your appointment occupied without at least a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Because we want to provide each of our clients with the best service and experience from the moment they schedule their appointment, we are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time. We kindly request the courtesy of giving us the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling:

  • 24 hours’ notice for a single service
  • 48 hours’ notice for multiple services

Late Arrivals: Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule it.

Rude, loud, discourteous or disorderly guests will be asked to leave.

We reserve the right to REFUSE service to anyone at any time.

What is the procedure if I must cancel an appointment?

24 hours notice for a single service, 48 hours’ notice for multiple services must be given to cancel any spa or medical appointments. Spa & Medical services are provided by sought after professional Physicians, Aestheticians, and Registered Nurses. Please pay us the courtesy of a phone call 24 hour in advance if you must cancel or reschedule.

What are the cancellation policies and fees?

We require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged $100.

Scheduling an appointment is your reminder, agreement and your acceptance of these policies. Your next service or treatment will not be performed until your cancellation fee(s) are paid in full.

What if I paid for a package and had to move or never used the remainder, could I receive a refund?

If you paid for a package in house at a regular pricing we will prorate the unused services and charge a 40% cancellation fee.

If you purchased at a special pricing and did not complete the package the purchase in non-refundable. Also, if you purchase a package, service, or product at special promotional pricing, neither the services nor products are transferrable for credit towards any other products or services. All service or product purchases made at GLO Skin Care that are procured using special/ promotional pricing at any time throughout the year, are final.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our technicians’ schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.

I purchased a package at GLO Skin Care, how long do I have to use the services?

All packaged or single services must be used within 12 months from the sale date or they are no longer valid. After 12 months the package becomes inactive and the services can’t be utilized and the package and services have NO monetary value. In this matter no exchanges, transfers, credits, or refunds can take place from the expired package or services.
